There are certain products, for example cans of soup, where the barcode scanner must be very slowly and carefully used. This is because the scanner has a harder time reading the rounded can or product.
If you have the right product, but you are seeing that it isn't scanning, you can still buy the product, submit the receipt and take the product test.
